Research about Artists website

I have done some research on a few Art Illustrators artists websites.

1) MANDY JURGENS her website ---> mandyjurgens.com

What a shame I cannot find very much information about Mandy Jurgen on her Website, to the best of my knowledge, there is only one sentence with any information about her. I believe that she should add more informations about herself.

She is an illustrator specializing in portraits and characters, I find her projects incredible, she is in my view a phenomenally good artist.

I find her website:

easy to use

well designed and functional

aestehetical pleasing

relevant and original content

clear site navigation

reflects her company products, talent, service

On her site I can see 5 pages such us: Portfolio, Sketches, Quicker Projects, About, Prints.

2) Jacquline de leon - her website

She is an illustrator and comic artist currently located in San Jose, CA. Her favorite subjects to draw are vivid and magical mermaids, sultry witches, and tattooed punk girls with colored hair. Her site is:

-very colourful

-easy to navigate very creative

- amazing design and high quality images

- I could read about her on ‘’about me’’page

- functional

  1. You have a large number of links here with examples of Digital Portfolios, but the commentary lacks depth and does not discuss the design of the websites sufficiently. I would suggest choosing two websites that inspire you the most and critically discussing these in your post. Consider the design of the Homepage, the presentation of the work on the portfolio page, the biography and contact page and discuss how this informs the design of your website.
