I have chosen Raoul Dufy as inspiration for my project because I was charmed by his vivid flowers. His style is bright and characteristic. He usually painted on white canvas and outlined the objects adding lively  colours. Dufy often painted using contrasting colours such as: blue and read because he wanted show how they work with light  Witch is known as a couleur- Lumiere theory. His art is optimistic, playful and light (Pieter Paul Hensels,2018)
