Book final outcome

I am really pleased with the outcome of the book and how the printing by John E Wright reveals. I am very impressed with the quality. I had very quick respond to my initial query and to every email.

I will definitely be coming back to John E Wright in the future.

    Please refer to the tutorial sheet from today for ways in which to improve this book design and add some commentary. Follow up with a post on the improvements you have made.

    We discussed this in the tutorial and in class - why have you added no commentary to this post and discussed what your process was for making this piece of work?? There is no discussion of your choice of font or how you laid out the pages - this really needs some editing.

Dragon is a mythological Chinese animal who serves as the protector of humanity, not its destroyer. It is not a monstrous beast to be slayed by the medieval knight, but a source of strength and wisdom.  In China the dragon  has been present in the pictoral form since the 9th century and is shown as fearsome and powerful but at the same time helpful and protective creature. Tutorial sheet

I had a short online meeting with the tutor, we talked about my progress on the major project. He suggested that I should try out some sketches by hand of my logo in different approaches such as flowers surrounding the text/behind the text etc.  Tutor advised me that I should post my paintings techniques exercises and practice those techniques in my flower painting.
